紹介 INTRODUCTION

問題意識　Problems

柏の葉について調査した結果、この開発途上エリアのアイデンティティ

創出が必須であると明らかになった。柏の葉は国際的なビジネスハブ（東京）

と大変近くに位置していることから、先端技術を用いることに優れ

るとともに、日本の社会問題を解決していくことが求められる。本提案

は、柏の葉のアイデンティティ創出、自家用車に頼らない交通システム、

人々の交流を促進しもっとここに住みたくなるような仕組みづくりとい

う3 つの主目的をもつ。

The study of Kashiwanoha revealed the fact that there is a strong need

to create an identity of this reclaimed area. It is located quite close to a

world business hub (Tokyo) which stresses for a high-tech solution, also

demanding to sort out the social issues of Japan. The three main issues

found are: an identity for Kashiwanoha; a transportation solution - less

personal vehicles; more social interaction - a preference for people to live.

コンセプト　Concept

我々の計画は、東京のベットタウンという現在の柏の葉のイメージを、

ソーシャルライフから得られるアイデアをテクノロジーに取り入れるこ

とで新しいモノやシステムを創出するクリエイティブ・ハブへと転換す

るコンセプトに基づく。多くの大都市が職住分離しているのとは対照的

に、柏の葉では職住の統合したライフスタイルを提供していく。「シェア

リング柏の葉」は住まい、仕事、余暇に必要とするものをすべて備え、

このエリアに24 時間かつ毎日賑わいを持たせるアイデアである。

Our development plan is based on the concept to change the image of

Kashiwanoha from a bed town for Tokyo to a creative hub by introducing

the technological solution with a blend of social life. In contrary to many

megacities where people prefer to live and work in different areas,

Kashiwanoha shall provide Work-Life integration. The main idea of

sharing Kashiwanoha is to keep the area busy 24/7 by offering all needed 

– Home, Work, Leisure. So, the people would love to be there.

提案　Idea

「シェアリング柏の葉」：地域のコミュニティ、組織、企業、そして国際

的なエキスパートが場所と設備をシェアすることで新しい柏の葉のイ

メージを活性化する。クリエイティブ・ハブとしての発展：研究センター、

マーケティング、ヴィジュアルアーツという３つの機能を統合し、さら

にそれを地域コミュニティに開きシェアする。柏の葉コミュニティポー

タル＆タイムバンク：エリアにいる人の時間を、各人同等の価値で社会

の要求に合致するように供給する仕組みとしてタイムバンクを導入する。

人々はタイムバンクにより自分の時間で稼ぐことや時間の消費が可能で

ある。タイムバンクは柏の葉コミュニティポータルというインターネッ

トサービスでも利用可能とする。

Sharing Kashiwanoha: Sharing of space and utilities to the local

community, organizations and global experts to vitalize Kashiwanoha.

Development as a Creative Hub: A creative hub with three aspects –

research centers, marketing & visual arts, sharing and showing off to

community. Kashiwanoha Community Portal & Time Bank: People will

earn and spend time. Everybody’s time will have the same value providing

a chance to socialize and it will be avalable at internet community portal.

将来像　Vision of the Future

柏の葉は、テクノロジーだけでなくソーシャルなソリューションを提供

出来るクリエイティブ・ハブとして、人々を結びつけていく。人々が結

びつくことでお互いに助け合い、そこに相乗効果が生まれる。結果とし

て柏の葉は、人々が生活と仕事をともにする魅力を持つまちという新し

いイメージとともに発展していく。

Development to make Kashiwanoha a creative hub with technological

and social solutions where the people are more connected with each

other. The more interaction and bit interdependency is found to be a

reason to keep united. Finally, developing a new image with an attraction

to work and live at the same place.
