講評会を  SHARING - VISUAL SPATIAL FUNCTIONAL

As in the traditional Japanese house, a transition space between
public and private is included. Those "en"spaces are more of a social place,
where neighbours gather and children play. The "nure-en" in japanese houses
protects the inhabitants from rainy days, permitting residents to enjoy their garden.
This same concept is applied to the buildings in Kashiwanoha.
By pulling back the showcases for two meters, the building itself functions as
a roof all over our site. The showcases serve as the "en"space,
a place where community can gather any time of the day.
Once you go up, a more private sphere is established.

The relation in between the ground floor of the residential buildings differs if its looking
to the street or courtyard. The courtyard is a semipublic space being more oriented
to the social live and the street more oriented to commerce.
This streets have different characters.
These different characters of streets will help to organize the town
making very easy to find what each person living in Kashiwanoha needs.

MOBILITY PROPOSAL

We made Route 16 lower, to insure the fluency of the road.
By dividing local and passthrough traffic, the speed on the fast route
can be increased and is no longer hindered by traffic lights.
Local traffic is maintained on the ground floor.
The connection between the two roadsides is improved.
A safe and nice streets brings pedestrians into the other parts of Kashiwanoha.
Showcases facing the route 16 make the road more pleasant and offer
a good environment for bigger offices.

Main roads - car traffic
Existing Roads are used for cars and other public traffic
- long distance or just pass through Kashiwanoha.

Transportation Hub
Taxi, Car and Bus services are provided at a reasonable
walking distance to avoid congestion in front of the train station.

of 3 min and 1 min walk respectively from all locations
